I am an on site, natural light photographer, meaning that it's weather permitting. So typically, we will set a date and leading up to the date we will be keeping a close eye on the weather. We live in Oregon and it rains a lot. It's ideal if the client has somewhat of flexibility, meaning that sometimes if it's expected to rain the day of the photoshoot, we will take a look at the weather forecast the morning of, and it may be clear for a few hours in the morning and that's the time I'd like to take advantage of. In some cases, it might be difficult for families to plan like such. If so, we can reschedule.
